By Interviewer at 03/02/09 10:31

Singapore, Real estate: My best shot!

Name of your website?

Rent, Buy and Sell your property

Your name?

James Rajan

Your Location (city, etc)

Singapore

Please give us a short summary of your website?

For reliable service, call James Rajan, your trusted property agent. Whether it be renting, selling or buying a property, you can count on me.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

To gain greater exposure for the services I am providing.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

Beginning of the year 2009, a real estate agent's service.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

My name. Easier for my client to remember me.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

I have updated information on current, live properties listings.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To attract property seekers to my site and eventually, use my service of course.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

With more clients, it will translate to more deals.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

Make a world class website with any information at a click.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

you bet.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

none so far.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Updating the site constantly.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

I have no idea at present.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

It is time consuming and not many had responded to the listings I have.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

2 months. Keep it till I can't afford to anymore.

Do you like your website?

For now, I have to like it, but will hope to make it better in the future.

What is your website address?

Rent, Buy and Sell your property
