At Home Designs, we truly believe in delivering a quality service. We strive on making sure every last detail is absolutely perfect. We believe in making properties beautiful so that you can sell them faster. We also believe in making lasting first impressions.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
To reach as many prospective clients as possible and to inform an ever growing curiosity about this fascinating home service called home staging.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
This my first online project which is now 2 years in the making.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
Short and sweet and straight to the point.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
I take a hands on approach with all my clients and accommodate every one of them with a personalized one on one. I treat their home as if it was my own and am not satisfied until the client is.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Keep it and grow the company.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
This a fine juggling act where most of my time and money is directly reinvested back into the company, this affords me to offer my clients nothing but the best and modern conveniences for their home that they have come to expect.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Broader market coverage on a national level.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Most certainly.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
fortunately none at this time...Fingers crossed.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Building trust and respect in such a competitive market. My experience has afforded many new clients through word of mouth.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Recently, trying new things, like discovering this site for example.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
There is much more upkeep than many realize. A site does not run itself.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
June 22/07 I will continue run the site diligently so as to eventually reach these numbers.
