We are a global online property advertising and search portal. Our site is advertised around the Globe, increasing awareness of our company, we are not an idle site waiting to be hit on, we open the eyes of the world. We have inquiries from investors searching for the right deal. Individuals advertise own properties and stay in complete control. Developers and estate agents advertise and prospects have direct link to their website through a hyperlink. Our staff are on 24 hour call to assist with any inquiries.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
Searching for a property myself, i was fed up with filling in inquiry forms, waiting for agents to contact me and make an appointment.. so the idea of searching on a site and having direct link to the property i was interested in was born...
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
It is my first and only website.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
I was in the rightplace at the righttime, hence the name. RIGHTPLACE RIGHTTIME LTD.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
We advertise our site globally, we are not idle waiting to be hit on.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Hand the business down to my children.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
It has been worth every penny.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
i would not change a thing.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes i would.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
My main headache is the internet connections here in cyprus, trying to run a business and losing connection every 15 minutes... I do wish CYTA will employ real telecommunication staff.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Finding Staff.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Our unique marketing.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
Its not.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
6 months, as long as i am able to work.
How rare is loyalty and trust in business?
From experience very rare, but i have proven to be loyal and trusting and proud of the good name i have created for my business.
