The web is the place to be for Real Estate in the 21st century

I launched a small antique website in 1999.

In a word : keyword

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

Complete and detailed city and neighborhood information

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
