Four years ago to provide public reviews of various pre-construction condomonium homes and presales real estate in the United States.

Providing an online resource for prospective real estate home buyers in the US who are in the market to either buy a primary residence or an investment property at pre-construction and presales pricing.
What has been the most difficult part of creating and running your website?
Updating the web site is an ongoing process as there are many new preconstruction condos being launched throughout the country on a daily and weekly basis. To provide the most up-to-date and informative details have been the most challenging issues.
What has been the easist part of operating your website?
The easiest part is the technical side as we have a team of professionals and an automated process for publishing real estate content on these condo tower residences.

Provides us the exposure to the real estate presales market as well as some residual income in the form of some advertising.

Ecommerce is definitely the future of the internet in terms of security, ability to purchase whatever you want online and from the convenience of your own home and at your time.

We believe that search engine optimization is an important part of every business, regardless of whether it is an online driven business or a regular company. However, search engines will need to figure out a way to provide the most relevant content in a clear and easy manner and to strip away all web sites that are not considered useful online.

They have both helped and hindered our web site. The rankings greatly affect the response to our web sites. As much of our content is very important to the general public in terms of info released about new pre-construction condominiums and real estate master planned communities, if we are not found online, thousand of prospective home buyers will not have access to this helpful and useful information.
