The premise for Vines Realty and our website is to offer a low, flat-fee commission on all listings. I believe more and more sales will take place over the internet in the future and we are structuring our company to be in the position of leadership in this area.

There are approximately 1400 real estate agents in the tri-county area and my personal sales usually anywhere from number l to 5. Our website has contributed greatly to this success.

I believe the internet is going to be the dominant force in real estate sales in the future.

SEO is extremely important and should be viewed as one of the most important items when utilizing the internet

Our rankings have usually been on the first or second page of most search engines. I think this has helped us greatly.
