Antalya Homes gives real estate services for foreigners in Antalya. Our office very close to Belek which is the capital city of Golfing in Turkey. There are seven golf courses in action and 6 under process. We offer wide selection of luxury golf villas for golf lovers.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
We designed and launched our website about two years ago to promote our exciting offers for European countries.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
Our first website is www.antalyahomes.com and worked properly since 2003.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
On a rainy day when I sit in my office, looked up some domains for a new idea and I was very lucky. belekvilla.com It was a great name.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
What we offer is exclusief and you can not find the same listings on other companies.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
It works and it does its job very well. We desingned a good one, visitors see a simple but informative site.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
We worked days and nights to make it a proper company and firm more than 8 months. Hopefully it will succeed on the line of our purposes.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
It is launched with limited money.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Our target is bringing all visitors who searches property in Turkey. Website and our company is ready for hgih demands.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
The domain name was owned from another person and we had to pay for it.
What has been your biggest challenge?
We are competitive with high resources companies on SERP's. If you search on engines you will see our website on the first row.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Working, working, working.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
It is very simple and aimed to visitors targeted surfing.
